RideStamp — operations and accountability for NEMT and non-medical transportation providers

RideStamp is the operations platform for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and non-medical transportation companies. It brings trips, drivers and vehicles into one place, so owners and dispatchers know where every ride stands and who was responsible for it.

Import trips and dispatch them faster

Import the day's trips from a broker file such as MART or from any spreadsheet. RideStamp checks for duplicates, keeps each day separate, reads trip codes for wheelchair, escort and ride-alone needs, and warns when a pickup falls outside every driver's shift. AI auto-assignment then suggests the best driver for each trip based on distance, workload, on-time history, vehicle type and the driver's garage address for early-morning pickups. Owners can also plan the next day the night before and email each driver their schedule.

Group runs for ABA and shared destinations

For ABA programs and other shared destinations, RideStamp groups riders who are heading to the same center at about the same time into one van run. It respects seat counts, escorts, monitors, wheelchair needs and a maximum ride time, then produces a printable run sheet for each driver.

Drivers, vehicles and compliance

Manage driver onboarding, weekly shifts, one-day schedule changes and vehicle assignments. Vehicle history shows which driver had each vehicle and when, so tickets and damage can be traced to the right person. License expirations, inspections and incidents are tracked in one place.

Live operations and reporting

A live GPS map, late-trip prediction, a start-of-day brief, Day Review for unfinished trips and trip history give owners a clear picture of every day. Reports cover completion, on-time performance and costs.
